The Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Graduate Fellowship Program is a 12-week, full-time, in-person workforce training and educational experience at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, DC. The fellowship is designed for early career scientists, engineers, medical professionals, and late-stage graduate students interested in science and technology policy. Participants are embedded within a National Academies unit, receive mentorship from senior experts, and engage in policy projects, guest speaker series, group assignments, and extensive networking. The program aims to deepen participants’ understanding of science and technology policy, expand their professional networks, and introduce them to diverse career pathways intersecting science and policy.
