Description
The Circuit Trails Coalition Community Grant Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC), provides funding for projects that enhance the Circuit Trails network—a 400-mile system of multi-use trails spanning nine counties in the Greater Philadelphia area (PA and NJ). The program empowers local organizations to foster trail connectivity, accessibility, and usage, emphasizing equity and inclusion for under-represented and historically disinvested communities.
