--- ## Description The City of Omaha ARPA Community Grant Program was established to address the disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on historically disadvantaged communities in Omaha. Administered by the Omaha Community Foundation, the program is funded through federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) resources allocated by the City of Omaha. The initiative supports nonprofit organizations in expanding or enhancing existing programs, with a particular focus on Crisis Intervention & Violence Prevention and Workforce Development.
