The Clark Short-Term Fellowship provides residential support to scholars whose research projects require direct, in-person use of the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library’s collections at UCLA. The library’s holdings span the 16th to 20th centuries and include primary sources in areas such as queer studies, disability studies, ecocriticism, musicology, astronomy, mathematics, games, architecture, and more. Fellows are expected to be in residence at the Clark Library for the duration of their fellowship, which can last from one to three months. The program aims to facilitate advanced scholarship by providing access to rare and unique resources.
