    Description

This scheme funds transdisciplinary teams to generate or synthesize context-specific evidence on the physical and mental health impacts of climate change, as well as their economic consequences. The goal is to make these impacts visible to drive urgent, scalable climate policy action. Projects must integrate high-quality research, clear strategies for influencing policy, and robust engagement with key stakeholders—including communities most affected by climate change. Research should use an engaged approach, bringing together expertise in climate, health, and economics, and involving policy makers and impacted communities throughout the project lifecycle. The scheme prioritizes evidence gaps, economic analysis, and impactful narratives to unlock climate action at local, national, and global levels.
