    Description

    The Clinician Educator Pathway at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education is a longitudinal, cohort-based professional development program designed to prepare residents and fellows for careers as clinician educators. The program emphasizes mentorship, peer coaching, innovation, and educational scholarship, providing participants with a structured curriculum that covers clinical teaching, curriculum design, program and learner assessment, and scholarly activity.
