This grant aims to fund interdisciplinary research collaborations between Norwegian research groups and societal or industry actors to generate new knowledge and build expertise necessary for a green and just societal transition. Projects should address the societal, political, economic, or cultural prerequisites and barriers to transitioning within nature’s tolerance limits, while ensuring welfare, quality of life, and legitimacy in a low-emission society.
