--- ## Description This funding opportunity, part of the COMHOM project under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), is designed to support 25 nonprofit homelessness service providers across the European Union and associated ESF+ countries. The main goal is to advance digital transformation within homelessness services, establish robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, and foster a unified, data-driven approach to combating homelessness. Selected organizations will co-design and test digital tools, participate in Living Labs and Learning Communities, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions. Proposals are evaluated through: 1. Eligibility screening. 2. Individual external evaluation (minimum score: 70 points). 3.
