Description
This grant provides funding for nonprofit homelessness service providers across the European Union and associated ESF+ countries to advance their digital transformation and develop robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems. The initiative aims to foster a unified, data-driven approach to homelessness services by supporting organizations in upgrading their digital infrastructure, integrating with the COMHOM digital platform, and participating in collaborative capacity-building events. Selected organizations will also contribute to the co-design and piloting of AI-driven tools, join Living Labs and Learning Communities, and commit to sustained data provision for at least five years. The program emphasizes ethical data management and GDPR compliance, aiming to drive systemic change and innovation in the homelessness sector.
