--- ## Description The Communications Awards recognize exceptional efforts by American Chemical Society (ACS) local sections, divisions, and international chapters to promote chemistry to the public or to ACS members. Each year, the Committee on Communicating Chemistry presents two awards: one for innovative new communications programs and another for ongoing, continuing programs. Activities may involve partnerships with other organizations, but the primary leadership must be from the ACS entity.
