The Communities of Impact Grants, offered through the Educating Character Initiative at Wake Forest University’s Program for Leadership and Character, fund collaborative, multi-institutional teams committed to advancing character education in higher education. These grants support the formation of intentional communities (“Communities of Impact” or CoIs) that address timely concerns or challenges in character education, foster leadership, and generate practical resources for faculty, staff, and administrators. Projects are expected to catalyze impact, support collaborative learning, and contribute to the broader landscape of character education through research, resource sharing, and community engagement.
