The Five Wings Arts Council, with McKnight Foundation funding, supports arts and cultural projects and organizations to enrich and expand community arts access in select Minnesota counties.

Funding Amounts: Up to $5,000 per Community Arts Access Project (CAAP) grant; up to $1,000 for Small Grants; up to $5,000 for School Arts Project Grants; $5,000–$10,000 for General Operating Support (biennial).

Description
The Community Grant Programs, administered by the Five Wings Arts Council and funded by the McKnight Foundation, provide financial support for arts and cultural activities that enrich communities in Cass, Crow Wing, Todd, Morrison, and Wadena counties, as well as the Leech Lake Tribal community in Minnesota. These programs are designed to foster arts creation, equitable access, and community development through several grant types: Community Arts Access Project (CAAP) grants, Small Grants, School Arts Project Grants, and General Operating Support. Funding is available for a wide range of initiatives, including arts events, educational enrichment, organizational development, and general operating expenses for arts organizations.
