    Description

    This program provides cooperative agreements to states to help them develop and implement certification systems for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), establish Prospective Payment Systems (PPS) for Medicaid-reimbursable behavioral health services, and prepare applications for participation in the four-year Section 223 CCBHC Demonstration program. The initiative aims to expand access to comprehensive behavioral health services and improve the quality of care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
