Description
The Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, administered by the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD), provides funding to support Vermont’s recovery from the July 2023 floods. The program's current (Round 3) Notice of Funding Opportunity makes $4,243,069 available specifically for new affordable housing projects located in Lamoille and Washington Counties—areas identified as most impacted and distressed by the disaster. The intent is to help communities rebuild, restore housing, and increase resilience for low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents.
