Description
The Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, administered by the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD), provides federal funding to support recovery from the July 2023 flooding events. The Round 3 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) makes $4,243,069 available specifically for housing projects located in Lamoille and Washington Counties. The program is designed to address disaster relief, long-term recovery, infrastructure and housing restoration, and economic revitalization, with a mandate that a significant portion of funds benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals and communities.
