Description
The New Jersey Department of Children & Families (DCF), through its Division of Family and Community Partnerships and Office of Family Support Services, is seeking to establish a qualified vendor pool of technical assistance providers to support DCF-contracted service providers. This initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of DCF-funded programs by providing supplemental expertise in workshop facilitation, training, coaching, and continuous quality improvement (CQI). Qualified vendors (QTAPs) will be listed for a three-year period and may be engaged by DCF-contracted providers to enhance group-based services, trainings, workshops, and program activities. The vendor pool supports, but does not replace, DCF’s oversight or contract monitoring.
