Description
The New Jersey Department of Children & Families (DCF), Division of Family and Community Partnerships, Office of Family Support Services, is establishing a List of Qualified Technical Assistance Providers (QTAP). Qualified providers will help DCF-funded programs plan, facilitate, and improve group-based services, workshops, trainings, and structured activities. Programs that may use the list include Family Success Centers, Kinship Navigator providers, School Based Youth Services Programs, NJ4S, and other DCF-approved programs.
The opportunity covers participant engagement, communication, group dynamics, implementation support, adult and experiential learning, and continuous quality improvement using data and participant feedback. Providers may develop facilitation guides, job aids, and templates or coach staff through practice and feedback. Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate practices are priorities. Assistance may be delivered in person, virtually, or through blended formats.
