Community Impact Grants are designed to empower nonprofit organizations in Clayton, Clinton, and Dubuque counties, Iowa, to address urgent local needs and enhance community wellbeing. Administered by the Community Foundation of Jackson County in partnership with affiliate foundations, these grants prioritize collaboration, capacity-building, and projects that foster a sense of belonging and mutual support. The program encourages innovative, results-based initiatives that serve vulnerable populations, build organizational capacity, and create meaningful, positive change in the region.
