The Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grants program funds local, community-based initiatives throughout the United States that enhance the health, wellness, and education of people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Grants are intended for impactful, sustainable, scalable, and measurable programs that address key areas such as mental health, care partner support, and exercise or education tailored specifically for the Parkinson’s community. The Foundation emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging both new and existing programs that expand access for populations of focus. Since 2011, over $12.7 million has been invested in nearly 1,000 projects, reaching more than 81,000 people with Parkinson’s and their care partners.
