Description
This opportunity from the Office of Community Services (OCS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), provides funding for a three-year cooperative agreement designed to strengthen the CSBG network’s capacity in data collection, reporting, and performance management. The selected organization will deliver specialized training and technical assistance (TTA) to CSBG states, territories, tribes, and eligible entities, transforming data collection and performance management into tools for continuous improvement and measurable impact. The project emphasizes practical capacity building, enabling the CSBG network to translate data into actionable insights to improve program outcomes and accountability.
The cooperative agreement builds upon a national infrastructure for CSBG performance excellence by supporting data quality, outcome measurement, and the annual Report to Congress. The awardee will address data collection and reporting, outcome measurement, and approaches to remedy non-compliance resulting from monitoring visits. The project also includes collaboration with OCS and federal partners to develop resources and tools for the entire CSBG network.
