The Community Solutions Grant Program, offered by the Saint Paul and Minnesota Foundation, is designed to strengthen the quality of life in Minnesota’s East Metro region (Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties). The program funds organizations, programs, and initiatives that are informed and led by community members—especially those facing barriers due to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, or geography. Funding priorities include community and economic development, health and human services, and youth and education. The Foundation places a strong emphasis on proposals that address disparities, promote equitable outcomes, and center the voices of those most affected by community challenges, with a focus on culturally relevant and holistic approaches.
