This opportunity provides funding for organizations to deliver specialized training and technical assistance (TTA) to Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) grantees. The focus is on strengthening strategic, operational, and tactical activities that improve jurisdictions’ efforts to reduce the unlawful distribution of illicit opioids and other substances. Activities may include supporting law enforcement in locating and investigating illicit activities, as well as broader enhancements to resources and approaches used to address substance use challenges.
