--- ## Description This opportunity supports specialized training and technical assistance (TTA) for grantees of the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP). The focus is on enhancing strategic, operational, and tactical activities or resources that improve jurisdictions’ ability to reduce the unlawful distribution of illicit opioids and other substances.
