This grant supports full-time faculty at academic institutions in organizing conferences or seminars on topics related to Chinese Studies in the humanities and social sciences. The program is administered by the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange (CCKF) and prioritizes projects that involve collaboration with institutions in Taiwan and those focused on Taiwan Studies. Proposals must demonstrate academic significance, detail the background of participants, and include comprehensive documentation such as abstracts, schedules, and itemized budgets. Annual meetings, administrative expenses, equipment purchases, and publication costs are not eligible for funding.
