Connected Communities Grants are designed to support nonprofit organizations with innovative projects that enhance community connections, quality of life, and resident satisfaction in the Midlands region of South Carolina. The program seeks ideas that make communities more livable, equitable, and vibrant by improving access to safe living and working environments, healthcare, job opportunities, affordable housing, recreational spaces, and arts and cultural events. Projects must be new or expansions of existing work, not routine operations, and should demonstrate measurable community engagement and involvement.
