    Description

    Connected Communities Grants, offered by the Central Carolina Community Foundation, fund innovative projects from nonprofit organizations aimed at making the Midlands region of South Carolina more connected, vibrant, compassionate, and engaged. The program seeks to inspire organizations to invest in their communities and build on existing assets to enhance quality of life and increase residents’ satisfaction and attachment to their community.
