--- ## Description The Conservation and Heritage Management Award, presented by the Archaeological Institute of America (AIA), recognizes exceptional achievement by individuals or institutions in the fields of archaeological conservation, conservation science, and heritage management. The award celebrates accomplishments such as the conservation of artifacts, monuments, or sites; advances in deterioration analysis or treatment of archaeological materials; exemplary site management and public interpretation; and significant contributions to education and public awareness of archaeological conservation through teaching, exhibitions, or publications.
