Description
This funding opportunity from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District supports a cooperative agreement for conservation and forestry program activities at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) and Fort Polk, Louisiana. The awardee will provide technical and professional support for implementing the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) and related environmental compliance requirements. Activities include oversight and management of wildlife, botany, forestry, NEPA compliance, invasive species, endangered species, GIS, and public outreach. The scope covers both mandatory and optional tasks, with up to 20 full-time equivalent onsite personnel supporting a range of conservation and resource management objectives. The agreement is structured for a 10-month base period with options to extend up to five years.
