Description
Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a consultant or team to conduct a detailed cost and impact assessment of the 2026 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria. The goal is to estimate the incremental costs and long-term value (including operational savings, durability, asset preservation, and affordability outcomes) of implementing the updated criteria in new construction and rehabilitation of affordable multifamily housing. The findings will inform developers, policymakers, and stakeholders about the financial and operational implications of pursuing Green Communities certification.
