Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive cost and impact assessment of the 2026 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria. The selected consultant will analyze the incremental costs and long-term value—such as operating savings, durability, asset preservation, and affordability—of meeting these green building standards in affordable multifamily housing. The findings will inform policymakers, developers, and other stakeholders on the financial and practical implications of adopting the updated criteria, supporting more sustainable and equitable community development.
