Description
This opportunity, from the Department of State's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL), supports research and programmatic approaches to understand, document, and counter how foreign governments and their proxies use migration to destabilize Central and Eastern European democracies. The grant is intended to generate actionable recommendations for policymakers, identify and expose regions and populations targeted by adversarial states, document and counter propaganda aimed at luring migrants, and develop strategies to help vulnerable populations remain in their countries of origin.
