Description
The Creative Catalyst Grants program, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, is designed to support new and innovative initiatives that empower, connect, and amplify creatives and creative industries throughout Pennsylvania. The grants aim to stimulate the state’s creative ecosystem by investing in projects that demonstrate statewide or broad regional impact, align with one or more of Pennsylvania Creative Industries’ five areas of opportunity (Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, Policy), and foster collaboration and growth within the arts and creative sectors. The program is not intended to fund ongoing operations or established programs, but rather to catalyze fresh ideas and ventures with lasting community impact.
