The Creative Catalyst Grants, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, are designed to support innovative projects and initiatives that advance the creative sector across Pennsylvania. Projects must align with at least one of the Pennsylvania Creative Industries’ five areas of opportunity: Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, or Policy.
