Description
The Creative Catalyst Grants, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, are designed to support new initiatives and opportunities that advance strategies for empowering, connecting, and amplifying creatives and creative industries throughout Pennsylvania. The program prioritizes projects that align with the Council’s five strategic focus areas—Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, and Policy—and that demonstrate broad regional or statewide impact. Creative Catalyst grants are intended for innovative projects rather than ongoing operations or established programs.
