Description
The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA) Program supports creative entrepreneurs growing and developing for-profit businesses in Pennsylvania. Developed by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts in 2021, it expands access to capital and business development support for sustainable entrepreneurship and positive community impact. Supported work includes developing products, acquiring equipment, and accessing professional services, with participation across low-income, urban, suburban, and rural communities.
Bridgeway Capital administers the program statewide in cooperation with small business development organizations, including the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers. The expanded 2026 program uses Keystone Creatives to offer Growth and Impact grants alongside expert resources, business services, peer connections, training, and educational workshops tailored to creative industries. Although Bridgeway Capital is a lending institution, CEA funding is a grant, not a loan.
