Description
This program empowers creative entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania—especially those in Crawford, Erie, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties—to launch or grow for-profit micro businesses. The program is transitioning from regional administration (Erie Arts and Culture) to a cohort model managed directly by Pennsylvania Creative Industries in future years.
