Description
The Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) is a grant program administered by Erie Arts and Culture, powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) and Pennsylvania Creative Industries. It provides flexible support to Pennsylvania-based organizations and arts programs that deliver consistent, annual artistic programming or arts services.
