--- ## Description The Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the U.S. Embassy in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, invites accredited higher education institutions in the United States and Côte d'Ivoire to propose projects that establish lasting partnerships between American and Ivoirian universities. The goal is to foster academic collaboration, research partnerships, and student exchanges that incorporate American cultural elements or direct connections with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions.
