--- ## Description This opportunity funds a single project to restore wetlands and natural drainage above the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) Permafrost Tunnel Research Facility (PTRF) near Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The project leverages Engineering with Nature (EWN) solutions to mitigate the effects of permafrost degradation, improve hydrological connectivity, protect permafrost soils, and enhance water quality and ecological health.
