Connecticut Sea Grant (CTSG) offers one-time development project and conference support funding for pilot research, education, outreach, or extension initiatives, as well as for relevant conferences. Projects must demonstrate clear alignment with the goals and outcomes of the CTSG strategic plan and are expected to introduce innovative approaches, leverage other funding, or promise substantial outcomes. Funding is intended for short-term, impactful activities and is not intended for ongoing support.
