Supports the annual renewal of Service Coordinator and Congregate Housing Services funding for eligible multifamily housing properties.

--- ## Description This program provides renewal funding for Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing (SCMF) and the Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP) for calendar year 2025. The grant supports continued employment of service coordinators and delivery of supportive services to residents of eligible HUD-assisted multifamily housing. Funding is intended to help ensure older adults and persons with disabilities can age in place and maintain their independence in affordable housing settings. --- ## Due Dates - **Application Deadline:** September 1, 2025 (11:59 PM Eastern Time) - Early submission is strongly recommended due to potential technical or unforeseen issues. --- ## Funding Amount - **Award Range:** $10,000 (minimum) to $500,000 (maximum) per award - **Expected Number of Awards:** Up to 1,400 - **Project Period:** 1 year (calendar year 2025) - **Cost Sharing/Matching:** Not required Funding requests may account for cost increases, particularly for personnel and associated benefits, subject to HUD approval and availability of funds.
