This fellowship is designed to support dance scholars and practitioners in exploring the legacy of José Limón, a pioneering Mexican-American modern dance artist. The fellowship encourages both written and performative research responses, providing recipients with access to the Jerome Robbins Dance Division’s archives at the New York Public Library. Fellows will receive support from dance librarians, a stipend, and the opportunity to present their research at the annual Dance Symposium.
