The David B. Larson Fellowship in Health and Spirituality offers post-doctoral scholars the opportunity to pursue advanced research at the intersection of health and spirituality. Hosted by the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress, the fellowship is designed to encourage rigorous, interdisciplinary study of how religiousness and spirituality relate to physical, mental, and social health. Fellows benefit from six to twelve months of full-time residency, access to the Library’s vast collections and staff expertise, and participation in a vibrant scholarly community in the Thomas Jefferson Building. Special arrangements for access to the National Library of Medicine may be made if required for the research.
