--- ## Description This grant program provides financial assistance to consortia in the Delta Region (spanning parts of AL, AR, IL, KY, LA, MS, MO, TN) to address persistent health disparities. Funding is intended to foster collaboration among regional institutions of higher education, academic health and research institutes, and economic development entities. Projects may include developing healthcare services, health education programs, healthcare job training, and expanding public health-related facilities.
