Description
The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), part of the NIH, intends to announce a funding opportunity to establish a Coordinating Center for a Dental Primary Care Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN). The Coordinating Center will provide infrastructure and centralized data management for planning and implementing multiple observational studies and clinical trials. The network aims to integrate oral health care with broader medical care, advancing whole-person health.
The Coordinating Center will:
- Manage the network membership database.
- Develop and maintain centralized, flexible, and innovative electronic data capture systems.
- Enable research participant data collection independent of in-office visits.
