Description
This fellowship offers early-career North American cardiothoracic surgeons in their final year of residency or within two years of completing residency the opportunity to participate in a four-week immersive observership at the Texas Heart Institute and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. The program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to advanced surgical practices, multidisciplinary learning, and direct mentorship from leading experts in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery. The fellowship aims to enhance the recipient's surgical skills, broaden their professional network, and support their career development in cardiothoracic surgery.
