Description
This opportunity supports research that expands or modifies current thinking and approaches in ovarian cancer, with a strong emphasis on innovation and high-risk/high-reward ideas. The goal is to catalyze new discoveries or significant advancements in ovarian cancer research that will drive the field forward. Projects that are merely incremental or lack innovation are not responsive to this mechanism. The program is open to a broad range of research topics relevant to ovarian cancer, including novel therapeutics, risk stratification, early detection, survivorship, prevention, and links to military service exposures. Clinical trials are not permitted under this mechanism.
