Description
This grant funds innovative, design-led research projects rooted in arts and humanities disciplines that address the green transition in the UK. Projects should combine design with arts and humanities methodologies to develop interventions for environmental sustainability, decarbonisation, circular economies, policy design, and regenerative practices. The programme encourages collaborative, community-engaged, and scalable research that strengthens design and business capabilities while aiming to generate new knowledge, prototypes, or both, with the potential for broader impact and policy influence. The research must be at least 50% within the AHRC disciplinary remit and should engage directly with the theme of the green transition in UK contexts.
