Description
This grant supports research projects that generate new knowledge and develop, test, or scale strategies to improve employment outcomes for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The funded project must address barriers to employment, such as access to education, training, communication, and workplace accommodations, and involve people who are deaf or hard of hearing in all research and knowledge translation activities. The goal is to identify and disseminate effective practices, services, or policies to increase employment, job retention, and advancement for this population.
