The Disaster Recovery and Rebuilding Fund Grants are designed to provide rapid funding to community-based nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and certain governmental units in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton Counties, South Carolina. These grants support efforts in disaster response, recovery, and rebuilding following officially-declared disasters.
