--- ## Description The Amarillo Area Foundation, in partnership with the Don and Sybil B. Harrington Foundation, offers Discretionary Grants to support impactful projects within three strategic areas: Education, Healthcare, and Economic Opportunity. The program aims to address systemic challenges and improve the quality of life for residents in the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. Proposals should align with the foundation’s focus areas and demonstrate clear community benefit.
