The program focuses on professional development, educational leadership, and the exchange of best teaching practices. Participants audit university courses, complete individual or group inquiry projects, observe and co-teach in U.S. schools, and engage in seminars and cultural activities. The aim is to foster international collaboration, enhance educational expertise, and promote mutual understanding between the U.S. and participating countries.
