Description
This grant, administered by the Women Divers Hall of Fame (WDHOF), is designed to support women of any age residing in the United States who wish to advance their knowledge of the ocean through scuba diving and underwater photography. Inspired by the legacy of Jim Leffard, the award enables recipients to enroll in underwater photography courses and acquire essential photography equipment. The goal is to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of the marine environment by encouraging women to develop both their diving and underwater imagery skills.
