The Doctoral Fellowships offered by the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange (CCKF) provide financial support to non-ROC (Republic of China) citizens who are doctoral candidates at accredited universities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, or South America. The fellowship is aimed at students in the humanities and social sciences whose dissertation research focuses on Chinese Studies. The award is intended for students in the final year of their doctoral program, with the expectation that the dissertation will be completed within the grant period.
