Description
The Doctoral Fellowships program of the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange provides financial support to non-ROC (Republic of China) citizens who are doctoral candidates at accredited universities in the Americas (United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, or South America).
