    The Doctoral Fellowships offered by the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange (CCKF) provide financial support to non-ROC (Republic of China) citizens who are doctoral candidates at accredited universities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, or South America.
