--- ## Description This grant opportunity enables Norwich University to serve as the lead institution for the Senior Military Colleges (SMCs) in the continued development and expansion of the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Institutes. The program aims to strengthen academic, experiential, and educational infrastructure to build a robust pipeline of cyber workforce talent for both military and civilian roles. The recipient will coordinate with other SMCs to develop and integrate new programs, enhance cyber mission force skills, support research aligned with DoD priorities, and conduct outreach to K–12 students and teachers to foster interest in cybersecurity careers.
