Description
This Department of Defense program, administered by the Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL), supports research and education at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority-Serving Institutions (MIs). The primary aim is to enhance research and educational capabilities in areas important to national defense, increase the number of STEM graduates, and foster collaborations between eligible institutions, other universities, government defense organizations, and the defense industry. Funding is available for a range of research and educational projects, including targeted initiatives such as the Faculty Immersion Program.
