This grant program is designed to enhance and expand outreach services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in underserved areas and populations throughout Kansas. Funding supports the provision of direct services to victims and can also be used as a cash match for federal grant programs, thereby strengthening the capacity of organizations to assist victims and improve service delivery. The program is administered by the Kansas Governor’s Grants Program and is funded through the State General Fund.
