--- ## Description This opportunity, offered by the Department of Defense's Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP), funds clinical trials aimed at advancing treatment or management strategies for multiple sclerosis (MS). The program supports proof-of-principle and larger phase 1 or 2 trials evaluating drugs, biologics, devices, clinical guidance, and emerging approaches. All projects must address at least one of the FY26 MSRP Clinical Trial Award (CTA) focus areas: (1) promoting repair, neuroprotection, and remyelination in MS, or (2) treatment of MS symptoms.
